All Hail, The Almighty 22 (or 222)

Sydney's prayers are always pretty similar, there is a thank you for the food but mostly she prays about things she either did or wants to do again. The prayers always sound something like this.

Dear Jesus,Bless this food to our bodies, and we want to go to the hotel and go swimming with Joshuabef (thats another blog), and go to the beach and go to Disneyland and watch Disney Jr. And we want to go in the motorhome and watch a movie at the hotel and go see Nathan and Micah. And go outside and play in the water and watch Little Einsteins and I wore a pretty dress today and go back to Disneyland and go on the carousel. In Jesus Name Amen.

A Zoo Friday

We had a 2 hour zoo adventure this morning, it had been awhile since our last zoo trip and the girls had a great time. Sydney particularly loved the petting zoo. I'm thinking we may have a San Diego weekend next week so we can use our San Diego Zoo and Sea World passes.

It's A Small World After All....

Wednesday evening I was the last person to board the plane. I had taken my laptop out of my carry-on and placed it on the floor while I threw my heavy care-on into the overhead. The passenger in the row behind handed my laptop back to me and I sat down in the middle seat next to the gentleman who had passed through security behind me while I was getting additional screening. After sitting down I received a tap on the shoulder, Anne Marie who had been returning from vacation was sitting behind me and after another look I noticed her significant other was the one who handed me my laptop. We chatted off and on throughout the flight and then on the way down I got it a conversation was the gentleman on the aisle. After about 60 seconds of discussion he knew I was a director at Dell and he was a VP for WWT. Both of us had just come from the CHW corporate office, he had left the Director of Operations for CHW and I had just left the COO for Dell. Small world, I decided we needed a picture, he indulged me and Anne Marie's boyfriend took the picture.
