Thanksgiving Shopping

Yup we did it again at the Disney Store. And yes I may have shopped on Thanksgiving (and had a great time) but I won't call it Brown Thursday or Grey Thursday. May be the dumbest thing ever.....the media can't even make up their mind, I suggest they call it Thanksgiving. PS I'm not complaining at all about going to bed at 11:15 instead of 3am.

*Dinner was awesome-Mom outdid her self-shrimp cocktail was great

*Dixie visited moms house for the first time

*Sydney decorated the table and dressed up in her Indian costume

*I exceeded my calorie counts for the day and I didn't exercise either :(

What's Missing?

A Mailbox, the only drivers side mailbox around has been removed at the Pasadena post office. If you know me, you know that I am the worst mailer on the planet. Today, I went to mail something that is so overdue and I when I showed up the only mailbox I ever use was gone. 

Don't bother telling me I can just stick the item in my mailbox, I know. It's just a mental block.....last week I delivered a check to someone on the central coast because that was easier than dropping the check in the mail??????

Special Person of the Week

This week Sydney is the the "Special Person of the Week" at school. She is so excited that this is her week. I couldn't be more proud of this girl and how she has adjusted to school. Thanks to Mrs Rivera and Miss Mellen for all they do for her!
