It's been a beautiful 80+ degree week in Southern California so we turned on the heat for some Thomas Cove fun.

Santa Was Here

I determined that it was going to be a pain to wrap the princess car so we decided to use Capturethemagic.com to take a picture of Santa dropping it off. The plan is when we are almost done with presents I will announce that Santa just sent me a picture. 

Christmas Eve 2013

Dinner consisted of Prime Rib, Green Beans, Salad, and Baked Potatoes.

We had fun in the jacuzzi.

40 Is The New 22

More to come on this but Sunday we got a big hummer limo and hung out for the evening. Very fun night!

Humpty Dumpty

I took Chris to lunch at Humpty Dumpty's in Grass Valley. It was his first time there, I am officially asking him to track his visits as by the end of 2014 I am projecting his visit number to be 160. EHR is going to do wonders for this little restaurant. Don't forget Chris, no more than 3 meals a day.

Disneyland Fun

It was the girls first trip to Tom Sawyers island and they loved it. Grandma was there too although she isn't pictured for some reason. 

We also saw the candlelight service on Main Street, it ended with the Hallelujah Chorus-it was packed and the kids were restless but I was still glad I got to see it.

First Annual Christmas Cookie Decorating Party

Becca had a great idea to host a cookie decorating party for Sydney and Liz. All the girls in their class came and everyone had a great time. The group produced 5 very different snowmen! Of course Sydney and Liz's are my favorites. (Sydney top middle and Liz bottom left)

My 5 year old loves Jesus. This picture warmed my heart and when I pointed out the 3 Kings I was quickly corrected to the 3 Wise Men.

Lunch With my Girl

Before my trip to Austin this week I was able to go have a special lunch with Sydney. She was so happy we had ticket #22 and I loved watching her playing with her friends after lunch.

Polar Express Adventure

Last week at this time we were leaving Williams AZ after riding the Polar Express train. It was awesome! The kids loved it and Brooke's joy when receiving the silver bell from Santa is something I will never forget. Great weekend, it was snowing most of it and that made it very North Pole-ish for us Southern Californians.
