Florida Trip Recap: Day 5 WDW

We started day 5 with Whispering Canyon Cafe then went to check out the Contemporary hotel. We had plans with Rachel but given Brooke not feeling well she decided not to risk it. That afternoon we checked out Coronado Springs (very similar to Caribbean Beach) and then headed to the Polynesian for dinner at Ohana. Brooke began to feel awful so we took turns holding her in the lobby while waiting for dinner. Sydney and I also snuck some Dole Whip while waiting-we loved the Polynesian Resort.

Our last night we had dinner at Ohana. I had been looking forward to this the entire trip however Brooke was completely sick with a fever. We had the perfect table and it was during fireworks time-very cool as they also played the Wishes Fireworks movie in the restaurant.  The food was fabulous but due to Brooke's sickness we were in and out. I would love to come back and due this one again.

We had breakfast here on our last full day. Brooke seemed to be doing pretty well this morning and really enjoyed the crazy antics of the restaurant. Sydney was scared she was going to be brought into the fun but Brooke enjoyed it even galloping through the restaurant on a wooden horse. The food was good here and we would definitely come back to breakfast or try it out for dinner. Fun times.

Mothers Day 2015

I am so grateful to be the mom of these two wonderful girls! Sydney made me multiple cards and a potted plant craft from school. The bag was so cute, she decorated it with little games we could play together. (Like count the hearts, circle the letters in your name)

We had everyone over for swimming and a barbecue. The kids had fun and mom got Starbucks gift cards from everyone-lol. Happy Mothers Day to my mom, the best mom ever!
