OK, so I said before that Ruth had the best middle name. Well, it is the best because we share our middle names. One of us has an "E" the other doesn't but we are both "Ann or Anne". Now, while Ann is the best middle name it is not the most popular. Marie, is the most popular middle name with Ann being the second most popular. Check out and participate in the middle name survey at http://www.namenerds.com/uucn/midsurvey.html.
I was very happy to see that many names of my favorite people made the list. Some of the names are the first names (not just middle) but none the less they made the list in some form. Also note that I don't know everyone's middle name so if yours made the list, let us know.
For now, some of my favorites (in the order they appear in the middle list):
Ann, Jane, Dawn, Rae, Diane, Joy, Ruth, Rachel, Rebecca, Sara, Carol, Jennifer, Alexis, Amy, Laura, Andrea, Michael, James, Jon, Andrew, David, Thomas, Edward (Eddie), Anthony (Tony), Matthew, Scott, Mark, Benjamin (Ben), Jeff, Glenn,

Golly Gee Wilikers .... another list of names that doesn't have mine in it. Do you know how frustrating it is when I try to find a license plate key chain with my name on it!!!
Ok, I know this sounds cheesy, but I went through to add me, my husband, and my kids. I can't believe they weren't represented. (Laurel, Marian, Grant, and Abraham will now have to be added.)
I am surprised by Ann with no E made a huge appearance over Anne.
Wow, I'm surprised to see mine is 4th on the list.
My first name made #45 and a misspelling of my middle name made #57. Nice to be represented :)
To Ruth ANNE:
I too was surprised to see such a widespread gap between Ann and Anne.
To Queen B:
Now I know your middle name! Yay!
I am so happy that my name is number 1.
I mean middle name. lol
I am happy that the correct spelling of my name is #1.
Champ - there has always been a hint to it in my blog's subtitle :)
my first name made the middle name list, but more importantly it made kim's list! YAY! apparently my middle name (alisa), not so popular.
