Oil Independence-Thanks Long Beach
Every time I am in Long Beach I think the Oil Wells are funny. They are in the most random locations. Yesterday, I was taking a different route and saw one in the center court of what looked like an apartment building, on the next block there was one well on each corner, but my favorite was this one:

This is hilarious KT. I totally agree with you on the supercalifragalisticexpealidocious randomness of this location!
There are several in Brea like this, but none as random...this could become a new collection.

I am regularly involved in real estate deals in and around the ports. Nothing screws my day up more than finding out that there is some oil and gas lease or covenant interfering with my transaction. Good luck negotiating with the oil companies, but to their credit, they are better than the railroads.
