Southwest is so cool. Then you have companies like mine. (who's name I won't mention) They promote all year the Sales Excellence trip if you meet your sales goals (a cruise through Western Europe) and then they cancel it the day before the results come out! They decide to give you a cash bouns instead. Sounds like a good plan, expect they tax you on it! So I'll be taking home basically half of the bonus. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to have any extra money, but seriously? Maybe, I should go work for Southwest.
