I don't think my poor team is going to hear the end of the new Starbucks cup message. This is the message I want our customers to get too (Just about tech support, not coffee) There is no better way to approach customer satisfaction. Delight your customers, make their day by your service. LOVE IT!
There are only two things I don't like about Starbucks. (1) Liberal Agenda (2) Banned Cameras (although I just ignore that rule) and somehow I get past item 1.
And rest assured: It's better than QT, better than McDonalds, better than Christmas in a cup at Coffee Bean, better than Dutch Brothers, better than Dunkin Donuts.
P.S. Not really happy about the fact that this cup caters to coffee drinkers (yeah, yeah, I know it's called Starbucks Coffee) but don't sell the greatest drink in the world short.

Cannot wait for tall Holiday beverages....I'm going to allow myself a little caffeine for these treasures!

I beg to differ, my friend. Starbuck's may have great drinks, but I can get a MUCH better cup of coffee at Dunk's for about a 1/3 of the price. :)

It's a worthy mantra for your team and probably better fodder for your team meetings than discussion of super-berry harvesting.

I prefer Dunkin for coffee(iced or hot). I will have to try Dutch brothers to compare sometime.

Dutch brothers logo is "saving lives one cup at a time" (Chai does that right)
