Skagway Burgers

A couple weeks ago Mom and I shared "The Sedona" burger which I incorrectly reffered to as the "Southwest" burger and we both agreed it was the best burger we had ever had. Ironically, "The Sedona" burger was not found in Sedona or the Southwest but in Skagway, Alaska.

Best burger ever!!! So good that last weekend I called "The Skagway Brewing Company" and asked what was in their great burger. Not only did I get the overall ingredients, I got to speak to the guy who thought it up and I decided that on Sunday I would

be making what we refer to as "Skagway Burgers". So Mom and I made Skagway Burgers and Becca pitched in with a salad and fries. So while the burgers we made looked great and tasted great they weren't quite as good as the ones in Skagway but they are highly recommended.

Ingredients:
1/2 pound beef
pepper jack cheese
cream cheese (the trick)
onion strings
charred jalapenos
bacon
red pepper aioli
lettuce
tomato
