What a fitting theme for the 122nd Tournament of Roses Parade! We had a great day welcoming the New Year with the Rose Parade and surrounded by our friends and family. 21 (Seriously?) pictures are depicted below of this years parade. Here are 22 items from the parade:

(1) Brooke loved her first Rose Parade, clapping all the way through (as long as mom was holding her)
(2) We had two different groups of visitors from AZ (BFF Family and two members of the Eddy household)
(3) James and his friends saved our spot on the parade route and did an outstanding job
(4) Our mascot, Christie and Nathan came from Benicia and had a great time
(5) Christie and Laura took pictures of all the same things (See third pic below)
(6) Nathan was onsite for his first Rose Parade (And Rachel's first since we moved in)
(7) Silly String while illegal was available in large quantities
(8) Joshua posed by the Uno float (celebrating 40 years)
(9) Laura and Kim posed by the Pac Man float (celebrating 30 years)
(10) Kim changed her clothes 4 times during the morning (three outfits depicted below)
(11) The Sierra Madre float was towed
(12) Kim received 8 text messages during the parade from people wishing they were there
(13) Lu Collins and her mother returned
(14) Sharon Correa and family were seen and moved into position behind the third row
(15) Monica DeGuzman found Kim and moved into the 3rd room
(16) After the parade Kim gave Monica a gold bracelet and Monica paid her 80 bucks for it!!!! (More to come on that)
(17) Ash bought Sydney cotton candy (So she had popcorn for dinner on the 31st and cotton candy for breakfast
(18) Mom's sausage gravy was super spicy (but the potatoes rocked!)
(19) This was the 5 year anniversary of when we learned the term funeral potatoes
(20) Elizabeth was super super tired during the parade
(21) Sydney spilled Kim's entire Chai right before the parade started
(22) Dad got the front room and his friends from Disneyland got the second row
