For the 4th time Dell was recognized as one of the 100 best companies for working moms. While, I absolutely agree that Dell is outstanding for working moms (and couldn't be prouder to work at Dell) I would have loved to be able to enjoy more than 5 weeks of fully paid maternity leave (still better than most companies) and I am compelled to inform you of some companies that have unbelievably outstanding paid maternity leave:
Cisco-26 fully paid weeks
Deutsche Bank, Covington & Burling, Arnold and Porter-18 fully paid weeks
Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs,Pillsbury Winthrop, National Education Association-16 fully paid weeks
PWC, Pfizer-15 fully paid weeks
Ernst & Young, Deloitte, McKinsey & Co-14 fully paid weeks
LEGO, Citi, FINRA-13 fully paid weeks
Credit Sisse, Bank of America, Bain & Co-12 fully paid weeks
The average for the 100 best companies for working moms is 7 weeks fully paid maternity leave
