This month the Food Network magazine has a copy cat recipe for an In-N-Out cheeseburger animal style. Two nights ago I decided to make it.
Observations:
(1) It tasted almost identical to an In-n-out burger.
(2) It took me almost an hour longer to make it then it would for me to drive 5 minutes to get a real one

Fun....Interestingly enough, In-n-out cooks their burgers (animal style that is) in mustard. Did you do this?
