8 Things I Love About Terminal B

San Jose International has been working on new terminals for awhile and it has slowly been opening since April. Every time I am there, it's better and with more stuff open. Today after arriving, I walked down to transportation pickup and there was a Starbucks inside with Starbucks tables out by the curb. Sweet! When leaving I was able to walk through Security by using the Fly By Lane. Nice!

Here are eight more things I love about my new favorite airport. (1) Two Starbucks locations (2) A big electronic monitor displaying current weather (3) Leather chairs with power on the end tables (4)The terminal is beautiful (5) Chairs with two regular power sources and 2 USB power sources (Yes, I blogged on the chairs two weeks ago) (6) Free Wi-Fi throughout (7) Gate number 22 (8) illy, the swype way of saying I love you

The Thomas Twinfants

Surprisingly, this blog is not about the naked baby although it very easily could be since we now have three babies in the house, all naked. Also, this blog is not about theft, it easily could be since one of the naked babies below actually belongs to Elizabeth. This blog depicts how we keep track of our identical twinfants (since the theft).

The twinfant on the left, (Cannon) has coloring on the chest and a dot of marker on the back of her head. The twinfant on the right (Cannon) has dots of spilt Apple Juice on her legs and nothing on the back of her head.

We joined Jenn tonight and nabbed Hollywood, LA and Santa Monica for a total of 8. Joshua and Sydney loved it. I mostly just drove the car. We had fun though, unfortuantely bad I am too busy to get Sydney into the OC.

The Nathanater Has Great Taste

The NICU tried to pawn off one of those huge green pacifiers on Nathan. He spit it out and refuses that one, just goes to show you, the boy has good taste already.

Leaving Sacramento For South Pacific

Yeah, that was my Facebook status but I wasn't really headed to the South Pacific, I was headed to the Ahmanson in downtown LA. Becca, Mom and I went for Mom's birthday. It was great except that I was so sleepy I almost fell asleep........twice.

Tuesday's Conference Call

Larry called me on Tuesday right after a conference call to see if I was ok. He was worried because I sounded so weird on the conference call. My weirdness was caused by being in Phoenix land where there are signs scattered throughout the building telling you to keep your voice down-not an easy task for me.

I would never be able to work in the EDC full time. How lucky am I to have my four walls that I share with Larry in Pasadena? I try to be quiet but apparently if I am not yelling into the phone I sound funny and people are unnerved.

Frequent Google Searching

Today, I was doing a search for how to get a passport and when I typed "how do" the most frequent "how do's" on google came up.

The first question: How do you get pregnant? (Seriously the number one How do search?)
The second: How do I get a passport (Yay, my question was number two)
The fourth question returns to pregnancy, now that I know how to get pregnant, How do I find out if I am pregnant
Of course I love the three questions about Facebook, especially the how do I delete friends question
Lastly of all the contagious diseases out there people want to know how do they get pink eye?

Don't Gross Doug Out

Jane's missing nail has been grossing out a number of people, including Doug so I am offering my extensive Bandaid collection to her. She will be pleased to see that she can now choose from the Disney Princess bandaids as they have recently been added to the collection. Given her injury, in my opinion, the Toast would work best.

Bra Storage And More

When I switched to the Pearl in 2006 I began carrying my cell phone in my bra. It was convenient, easy to reach and didn't create those terrible bulges in my pocket. If you recall, one of the things I didn't like about the Motorola Droid is it couldn't fit in my bra. With the Incredible I am back to bra phone carrying.

Today, I noticed this article entitled "lady your chest is ringing" which shows a woman at the World Cup carrying her phone in the center of her bra rather than on the side. She didn't have much available room either....This caused me to go to Google for additional investigation where I discovered a Bra being used as a hands free device. Then there is the bra that has a solar panel installed that can charge your phone. And the best? The bra with pockets that Laura and I have wanted to bring to market. Dang, somebody always beats you to it.

Will Share My Opinion

The National Opinion Network-Infant Division is seeking my opinion. First off, of course I love being asked for my opinion but what is the likelihood of me actually participating? If it was online-maybe but for something that requires a trip to the mailbox there is absolutely no way.

And is the only qualifier the fact they I had a baby this year? How can I qualify for more interesting divisions? Maybe the Droid vs Blackberry division or the Dell vs Apple division or even the Reality Television division. The infant division.....really?

Jane: The Hatchet Girl

Two nights before her wedding Jane did some photo editing. As I watched the editing unfold I began to discover a trend, Ash was being mutilated. There were shoulder amputations, several ears were haphazardly cut off, a couple of arms, half of his face was missing and in at least one case, his entire face was missing.

Then we saw the edit of Jane's photos, all intact with the exception of some strands of hair cut off.

Shaved Iced In So Cal

Yesterday, Dad and I stopped and this Hawaiian Shaved Ice Place in San Clemente. It is the only Shaved Ice place I know of in all of Southern California and I have been wanting to try it ever since I saw it. Could it compare to Bahama Bucks? It's not bad, but it's not Bahama Bucks either.

The best part? It was dad's first time having shaved ice and we decided to share it. I let him pick the flavors and what do you think we ended up with? Strawberry and Bannana with creme....I guess the apple (or Strawberry) doesn't fall from the tree.

The Strong Willed Child

I bought this book the other day in order to learn how to better deal with a certain someone. Before even getting a chance to open the book it was taken by Sydney who has declared it her book (my book, my book!) She won't give it back, it slept with her yesterday and today it took a trip to grandma's.

Is she trying to get tips? Is she trying to learn the strategy of the enemy? Do I even have a chance?

Spa Night With The Girls

After seeing Queen B's post entitled "Heaven" I decided to get my foot spa out. David got this for me when I was pregnant with Sydney and I think I have only used it once until tonight. Sydney, Brooke and I took our turns in the foot spa massage and then we all three had our feet in at once. After that Sydney, Katie and I had our toes painted. Great gift, honey!

New Seats In San Jose International

The new chairs at the airport in San Jose have two built-in power outlets (holes for you Seinfeld watchers) and a usb power source.

San Jose is turning into a really nice airport for business travelers, now that there are two Starbucks as well it is easily my favorite.
