The second: How do I get a passport (Yay, my question was number two)
The fourth question returns to pregnancy, now that I know how to get pregnant, How do I find out if I am pregnant
Of course I love the three questions about Facebook, especially the how do I delete friends question
Lastly of all the contagious diseases out there people want to know how do they get pink eye?

You know that google uses your previous searches to answer your current searches. This is one way google gets better and gets to know you each time you use it. You most likely googled health and pregnancy questions in the past. It also explains you random IT question suggestion. If I started a google search with "how do", I do not get the same suggestions.
How is the universe treating you?
BTW instead of "how do" try "how did"
wow... I get "how did Hitler die", "how did Bob Marley die", and "how to solve rubix cube".... I did get the passport, pregnant, and pink eye questions as well....
