The first picture is of Grandma on my birthday in 1978. She has a bunch of people over (we were also celebrating Papa's birthday) and she is wearing a housecoat. Everybody else is dressed up and yet she is there in her housecoat. The second picture is a picture of Mom on my birthday in 1979. This year she is hosting the party for me and Papa and guess what? Everybody is dressed up and she is wearing her housecoat.
A couple of questions:Is the housewife the only one allowed to wear the housecoat? So when did this no longer become socially acceptable? Do they still sell housecoats?
Last week my car was detailed and the detailing guy found 2 ATM cards under the seat. Gotta love it, this is 2 in addition to any lost the many times I have lost my wallet

On December 5th, Urban Dictionary's word of the day was "Photobomb". Photobomb is defined as "to drop into a photo unexpectedly". Reggie B was photobombing all over the Christmas party.

Would this postcard entice you to purchase your Christmas tree from Santa & Mikey?
But where can you buy snacks?
I died laughing when I saw this sign while putting gas in my car at Costco. Is static really so big of a problem that Costco is now telling everyone that being shocked is good? And that everyone should shock themselves on purpose before gassing up?
And 30 minutes after getting her first pair of $100.00 boots:
Today, when getting dressed, I was distracted and I grabbed my black maternity top. The black maternity top looks exactly like my black maternity dress except that my black maternity dress is below the knee and the black maternity top is below the belly. Anyhow, let me rephrase my first sentence from "I grabbed my black maternity top" to "I thought I grabbed my black maternity top".I finished doing my hair and makeup (and it looked great today) and went to the office. When I walked into the bathroom at the office I realized that I had put on the black maternity dress not the black maternity top. I LOOKED RIDICULOUS! Let me add that this is the second time this week I put on the black maternity dress instead of the black maternity top. Luckily, last time Becca and Mom advised me before a group of people saw me. Today, I was not so fortunate, in fact I was in an all day meeting with the Southern California Site Directors. Have I mentioned that I LOOKED RIDICULOUS?Nice, huh?
This was James' Facebook status this morning. The reason he was thankful is because this morning I had the following request from mom (as I was dropping off Sydney): Can you drive down Mountain Avenue and look in the street for a black notebook? It has all of James' AP Psychology notes and he think he put it on top of his car (and accidentally left it there) before driving to school. A few minutes later, I took the following pictures and sent them to James over Blackberry Messenger (Love having him on my messenger!) BTW: The second picture is of tire marks on the notebook. After retrieval, I dropped it off at his school for him.
