Carry On Rules (For Jennann)

You are allowed to carry on one quart size clear Ziploc bag. All liquids must fit into the bag and the bag must be removed from your luggage and placed into one of the bins. For easy access, I keep mine in the outside pocket of my suitcase.

Any liquid, paste or gel must be in the Ziploc bag. This includes: Toothpaste, Mascara, Lipstick, Lotions, Perfumes, and Deodorant.

Lastly, don't forget that each of the items listed above must be 3 ounces or less.

Thank you! I don't think mascara and deodorant should count, but I'm not the TSA.

And you can now board with cigarette lighters...but absolutely NO mascara, unless it's in a ziplock bag! Does that make sense???

No sense whatsoever! I will be boarding with my crochet hook and pointy scissors less than 4 inches thanks to Jane's blog on July 31st. If the TSA tries to take either from me, I will refer them to Jane's blog!

Ugh, I hate that rule! You can bring a lighter to set things on fire...yet you can't bring mascara 'cause you never know...you might put on an illegal amount of eye makeup. Grr!

Whenever I travel, I have such a paranoia that my luggage would be lost. And sure, I love my clothes and all that. But I'm a pretty thrifty gal. I don't spent that much money on myself. I do, however, treat myself to MAC lipstick and Biotherm face cleanser and that stuff is expensive!

this is way to complicated. I have said it before and I'll say it again, this is one of the reasons I don't fly on planes.
