Prayer and spending time with friends and family. (I'd probably start my conference bridge and have everyone join in and talk there)

The people who said they would eat fatty foods - that's so sad that they deprive themselves so much that it would be the last thing they want to do! :(
I agree with the Queen: very sad bunch choosing fatty foods as their last pleasure. I would choose (in this order) sex, and then spend time with family while drinking champagne.
Family and friends and we would be multi-tasking.... food, drinks and some of the most honest conversation imaginable. It would end with I love you unconditionally! :)
