Lol, those tend to be my reactions to ops calls, too. Well, either that or just closing my eyes and banging my head on the desk. I'm trying to stop that reaction, though, with having 4 such calls per day now.
That is pretty much MY reaction as well when I attend those. Although rather than eating my hand, I'm usually on IM with the Queen saying "these people are idiots!"
Queen - yes, you need to avoid banging your head with 4 a day you'll start causing some serious brain damage!!
