Well, with all the news/non-news I heard today I think this post is in order:
The song Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious says "So when the cat has got your tongue there's no need for dismay Just summon up this word And then you've got a lot to say" On that note here's a new challenge: During the next two days use the word Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious in a meeting and then come back here and tell us how you used it. I have a feeling I will be saying it alot.
BTW: Here are the rest of the lyrics:
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
Even though the sound of it Is something quite atrocious
If you say it loud enough You'll always sound precocious
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
Because I was afraid to speak When I was just a lad
My father gave me nose a tweak And told me I was bad
But then one day I learned a word That saved me aching nose
The biggest word I ever heard And this is how it goes:
Oh, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
Even though the sound of it Is something quite atrocious
If you say it loud enough You'll always sound precocious
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay
So when the cat has got your tongue There's no need for dismay
Just summon up this word And then you've got a lot to say
But better use it carefully Or it may change your life
One night I said it to me girl And now me girl's my wife!
She's supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

One of my favorite movies... but there is rarely a time that I don't have SOMETHING to say!
That's a great movie, but I must agree with Andrea...I ALWAYS have something to say! No worries! :)
OMG yes. I am SO using this in my meeting tomorrow from 12-2pm. I will use it twice in the same meeting!
Mary Poppins: You know, you *can* say it backwards, which is "dociousaliexpiisticfagilcalirupes" - but that's going a bit too far, don't you think?
Bert: Indubitably!
Bert: Speaking of names, I know a man with a wooden leg named Smith.
Uncle Albert: What's the name of his other leg?
HA HA HA!
Since I can slip all sorts of wacky words into some of my meetings, I accept that challenge....
The reality is this, I will need to focus on having this come up
