I hope everybody had a great cinco de Mayo!My day was swamped but I was so lucky because Mom made me a Mexican feast to take home and serve tonight! Tacos, Beef Enchiladas, Chicken Enchiladas and homemade rice. It was delicious, thanks Mom, you're the best!!!!

wow, that's awesome! I think we're going to celebrate Seis de Mayo and go out tonight for some fajitas and 'ritas.
