We bought a 13 foot swimming pool this summer and while Sydney and Elizabeth love it they are just as happy sitting in the 3rd inch deep Rubbermaid container that is sitting nearby.

You should always plan for growth...I would go with the pool...Besides, I would bet that they just love the rubermaid because it is "their size".
