Anyhow, a couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to enjoy a three course dinner that included Kobe beef. My first course was French Onion Soup, my second course was a trio that included Fillet Minon, Lobster and Kobe Beef and the third course was a mint mousse dessert.
All was good but onto the Kobe beef. It was soooo good. You barely needed a knife to cut it and it practically melted in your melt. More than anything though, I just wanted to say that I had tried it.
All in all, it was one of the best meals I have ever had and the company was also equally perfect.

Very interesting. I love french onion and mint. I just want the bookends.
Kobe beef is amazing!! Flemings has a Kobe beef special at the end of December to the beginning of January. The cafe at Pechanga has a great kobe burger too.
mmmmmmmmmmmm
NOTHING better than a great meal
That dinner looks so good! Not to mention food is always better when you don't have to pay for it.
I'm with Rachel!
YUMMY!! I could pass on the soup, but other than that it looks scrumptious!!
2009 Laura loved it
Again, I'm with ABBA! Don't care for the french onion, but everything else looks delish!
I only eat French Onion at Mimi's Cafe (Rachel Made Me Do That too) and this totally makes me want to go to Flemings...yummy!
Green with envy. Have had a kobe burger, but thought it was like any other burger (come to think of it, what is th point of a kobe burger, I can get a fatty burger anywhere).
