EVERY COMPANY SHOULD PUT THESE SIGNS IN THEIR OFFICES. DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THESE LAZY PEOPLE WHO TAKE THE ELEVATOR EVERY DAY AT MY OFFICE. THERE IS 2 FLOORS IN THE WHOLE BUILDING! WE WONDER WHY AMERICA HAS SO MANY HEALTH PROBLEMS. I'm planning on taking the stairs until this baby gets here, just out of principal.

I climbed the stairs at my OB office until I was 3z weeks preggo. Stairs are always better!
