Soft Boiled Eggs
Mom and I ordered soft boiled eggs on the ship. Once they arrived we didn't know what to do with them. Eventually, the waiter came back and helped us crack them, lift the top off and air them in these little containers. By the time that happened they were hard. Should have just gone with poached.

Yes....You both shouldn't have ordered them until at least one of you knew what they were....They sure don't look very good.
On the ship my poached eggs were hard too b
