While I have worked everyday but one in the last week and a half let it be known that I am super sick and it has been a struggle. I don't really feel like I can take off and call in sick considering I am about to be off for 3 months but at 9 months pg, being this sick is truly a problem. I have spent the last week sneezing and coughing up a storm and it is getting no better. I am beginning to think that I may actually have a bacterial infection rather than the flu virus that is currently going around. If it's bacterial I am afraid she could get it....plus with every cough and sneeze I am shaking her like crazy. Have I mentioned that my ears are killing me too? Simply put, I am miserable, pissed, depressed and unable to breath.
I guess I will phone the doctor today and see if he cares. When I mentioned that I was sick to the doc last Wednesday he didn't seem concerned in the least. Shocking, I know......I don't think I will do any bad mouthing though until after she is born. The only thing of value at my last appointment was that he announced he was going to be on vacation the last week of the month. Great.
How's that for a Monday morning pick-me-up?

Oh Kim, I feel so bad for you!! Yes, definitely get in to see the Dr. and get you some anti-biotics. As I recall, no cough suppressants for the preggers. I think they can only give you an expectorant, which just made me cough more. Hope you feel better soon! Cross those legs so Sydney doesn't shoot out when you cough!

Ouch KT, that sucks. SO sorry you feel so bad! We are all here for you so let us know if you need anything. Can you take antibiotics while prego? If so, the ZPack is my favorite ever! Being the mega-hypochondriac that I am, I always make sure I have one in stock at home! ***I make a phenomenal homemade chicken soup! I will make some and bring it up to you if you want? Let me know! It is magical.

Kim, I hope you're feeling better soon. I have the flu, and thank God I'm not pg!! Samantha has been sick, too, but she's better now.
Good News....Antibiotics have arrived.
How dreadful.... We had the crud this year and discovered a terrific product... recommended by the pharmacist... it is a simple sinus rinse ... really helped us a ton!

Kimmy, I am so sorry you are sick! It must be awful. I hope the drugs work. Ear pain and pushing do not go together.
