What I find most interesting is the license plate. I get the "Luv" part, but what about the "NAHR?" Could it be the "National Academy of Human Resources?" If we go with the tone set by the rest of the bumber stickers, could it be short for "Nehru" (peace guy and a snazzy dresser)? Or just maybe they hate shaving with a razor?
I always wonder what kind of person decorates their car like that. My hubby hates it! I hate it more. My favorite one that I saw on the road a couple of months ago was a bumper sticker on car that read"Anyone but Hillary!" I sped up to see who was driving the car and it turned out to be a little old man. I gave him the thumbs up not because I agree, but because I was impressed that he was making a political statement!
I think it means "Love Nair". Which seems strange, but really not any stranger than the stickers. My fave stickers are the "Impeach Bush" ones. I almost got into a throw-down fight with someone on the way to our most recent wine tasting tour about a bumper sticker like that ;) I'll let you guess what my opinion on the matter was!

I'm very surprised that's in California! Wow! I thought only Repulicans lived in Cali! ;)
