Fourth of July Sliders
In anticipation of Independence Day, earlier this week, I invested in this Slider tool set from Sur La Table. I used it tonight to make the easiest sliders ever! The burgers were fantastic! All I did was add a chopped shallot, chopped garlic and pepper to the ground meat, form the patties, refrigerate them and then later, throw the cold burgers on the hot grill. Couldn't have been easier and couldn't have tasted any better!
