Today, Rachel babysat Elizabeth and Sydney and I came over to hang out with her. Before leaving, Mom demonstrated the proper technique for putting Elizabeth into what I call the "Butterfly Trance". I am pleased to report that Rachel did a fabulous job of executing the technique and it produced fantastic results (and all in just a few minutes). See the photos below for proof:
