Today, I was on the phone with mom and a fly who had gotten into the house kept buzzing around her head. She commented that she hates flies that buzz around you and won't go away. I agreed, they are the worst. She couldn't get up because she was holding Elizabeth and the fly kept coming back and landing on both them. Since Elizabeth was sleeping, mom would quietly shoosh the fly away.
At one point the fly returned and mom said "that fly better be enjoying himself because as soon as she wakes up it's going to die". I laughed (that was funny). We kept talking....a few minutes later mom says "I wonder why some flies buzz around you like that? Maybe it's because they are sick" LOL! This followed by 10 minutes of my laughter and unrelentless mocking. "Mom, if you get the fly some medicine maybe he will go away".
Kim to Mom: "You do know this is going on the blog"
Mom to Kim: "Please, don't"

RO!
Here's to blogging about things that others don't want you to blog about! :)
I love your Mom!!
The poor little thing probably just wanted to be let outside!
Mom needs to comment.
Definitely "blogable!" Is that even a word? My kids say it all the time...
Funny. I hate those big annoying flies.
LOL. I do agree Mom, I hate it when flies buzz by my ears.
LOL It's so true. There is always one fly, the one pestering fly, that always buzzes super close to you no matter how many times you shoo it away.
Roman calls the implement for dealing death blows to flies a "fly swapper" -- which is hilarious. Right now we cannot find our fly swapper. I have to use a dish towel. I hate flies and their nasty germy feet; I would have awakened the baby trying to kill it.
I sooo have a fly story, but I might have to use it for fodder on my own blog...When did we start blogging about bugs?
What happened to honor thy mother?
If Liz were awake she would have scared the flies away
