New Cell Phone Law in California
Starting July 1st, no more driving and cell phone talking unless you have your bluetooth headset on. Reporter Rich Demero on KCAL9 said this: "Surprisingly the law doesn't prohibit texting while driving but it is frowned upon". RO!

Can you still use the plug in headsets that come for free in the box? I don't talk on my phone enough to justify spending $50 on a bluetooth headset.
Now texting is a different story...
It's very disappointing that we need laws to tell us what to do...
Surprisingly Texas does have some law regarding DWT. I need to research, since I'm sure I violate it daily.
I have seen NINE people pulled over today so far. Cops are everywhere. They are dying to pull people over for this...more money for the city and state...go figure!
that is weird that texting isn't banned. you know people will still be doing that, which i think is even scarier. yikes.
On a different note: Starbucks closing 600 stores.

I am still adjusting to my blue tooth. I am not a fan yet.
Texting and driving is way more dangerous then talking and driving!
