Joe's Giant Orange Cafe

Earlier this week Russ took me and Mike to Joe's Giant Orange Cafe. This place is truly one of those great hole-in-the-walls. Right off I-5 in Shasta Lake City.

Take a look at the plate below. That was what I didn't eat of my $8.00 omelete. It also came with hashbrowns which I declined. So much food! And super good! If I was still doing the trek from Pasadena to Grants Pass, Oregon this place would be a must rest stop.
